Our return and exchange policy for Shivansh Jewellery purchases.
Unworn, non-customised pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
Items must be in original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Pieces that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Contact our team within 7 days to initiate a return. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Store credit is issued immediately upon approval and never expires.
If you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and repair or replacement at no cost.
Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers structural defects in settings, clasps, and solder joints.
